Funding Approved for TR Valley Gas Utility
The Tongue River Valley Joint Powers Board was recently approved for a United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development (USDA) Community Facilities Loan and a Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board grant toward the final design and construction of the proposed Tongue River Valley natural gas utility. This funding is a huge leap toward bringing natural gas service to the valley.
As a condition of funding, USDA requires formal commitments from at least 212 residential users and 42 non-residential or commercial users prior to project construction. Click here for more information or to apply for service.
